I engaged Israel for his Handyman services for a condo rental property that I own. Two repairs were needed. The first was to replace a floor molding transition strip. The second was an adjustment to a bifold door. He was easy to engage and communicate with. He arrived on time, provided a reasonable estimate and quickly completed both repairs with quality workmanship. I was very pleased with his work ethic and demeanor.
