Very poor customer service. Doors still not installed yet.
The worst company I have ever known. Does not care for there customers. Does not honor their commitment to our contract.

As per our conversation with your local Clera manager, your doors were ordered on March 1st, as you are aware, a second re-measure was required to make sure your custom doors were built correctly and to your specifications. Our products are customized to meet the needs of our customers and each order ready times vary. Your doors are also custom colour, which means additional production time is required. We do our very best to meet the approx. dates that are indicated in our contracts, but our main concern is making sure to provide our customers, like yourself, with a product that they will be proud to have installed in their homes. Your local branch manager will be contacting you soon to discuss your order.
