They were honest with the pricing, letting me compare pricing the windows through them vs with the mfg direct. They gave opinions on the different manufacturers and reviewed the site before to make sure we selected the right windows and options. They were on-time, professional, friendly and cleaned up after. And most of all, the windows look Great!

I had a great experience with Consumers Choice for our recent furnace issue. After calling, they first gave me some tips to see if I could resolve the issue myself and save the repair cost. When these tips still did not resolve the issue, they sent a repair tech within a couple of hours. The tech was friendly, offered to take off his shoes, and did not mind all my questions while he worked. After describing the issue over the phone, they came prepared with the suspect part and were able to get it running quickly. The tech was thorough afterwards doing a carbon monoxide test and even checking the initial calibration of the gas valves. This was an excellent experience, I certainly recommend them and will contact them if I am ever in need of more service.

Before we sold our house, Archie and his team helped us replace the last of the original windows in our house. Everything about the experience was great. The window was delivered when promised, and they did the work as proposed with no issues. I immediately recommended him to my father and brother who also were looking to do some window work.
