Master Craftsman probably employs the best sales force in the city. As a salesman myself, I fooled myself into thinking that the quality of the end product would match the finished product. The chair was a beautiful Scandinavian classic. What we got back was an over-upholstered abortion that would look more at home in a whorehouse.

Company Response

EM in Scarborough, The Master Craftsman prides itself tremendously on its quality of work and its service. I tried to locate your file but because we have very little to work with, I was unable to do so. We checked our customer database all the way back to 2003 for any single chair orders where the client’s initials contained either an E or M. Unfortunately, nothing came up.

Without your file, many questions arise. Did you notify us of your issues? If not, why? Was your chair serviced? What does an over aborted chair look like? What is your issue exactly?

In 2008, The Master Craftsman had over 2500 customers and 8 negative reviews on Homestars or .0032%. Unfortunately, it’s only human to be motivated to post a review when you’re upset and not when you’re happy. We hate to see any negative reviews on here because we care so very much about customer satisfaction but in order to address your issue we need to know what the actual complaint is.

I would value the opportunity, EM in Scarborough, to discuss your issue in greater detail. Please contact me at (905) 794-2047 ext: 250. Nearly all our customers are happy customers, please, give us the opportunity to make one out of you.
