We had had a minor issue with mice and our house was treated by this company. Saw another mouse about 6 weeks later and called for follow up treatment. Danielle was the technician who attended. She is the consummate professional and did an EXCELLENT job. I shared with her my surprise in seeing a female exterminator, which we shared a laugh over. She re-baited the traps, including in our attic (the entrance of which is located in an obscure place) and gave me a number of helpful suggestions. Most important, there has been no return of the unwelcome visitors since she came. Highly recommend the services of this company. I have used them for various reasons since 2013 (1st visit was with the owner Kevin) and their work speaks for itself.

Aiman showed up on time and did an excellent job. He was thorough, friendly and professional. He took his time to explain his work. The difference between the before and after pictures is profound. Highly recommend!

I contacted Clera Windows back in Feb 2014 based on a flyer left in my mailbox. The windows in our house were old and had never been upgraded before making for a cold basement. I spoke with Gene Morlando, who came to our home and provided us with a very detailed description and a quote. Gene was pleasant and worked with our budget--he even extended the special discount price on the flyer that I had received even though it had expired. Our windows were installed by Rameesh, who was fantastic. Rameesh took his time to explain the installation process to my husband and I. On the install date, the workers, under Rameesh`s supervision, took great care to keep the work space contained. The work was completed in a timely manner. The next morning, upon another inspection of the basement windows, I noticed a hairline crack in one of the screens. I promptly called Rameesh who promised to come within the week to fix it. I was pleasantly surprised to see Rameesh at my door about an hour later; he had taken out the faulty screen and replaced it with a new one! Overall, I am very impressed with the service and the quality of the windows. My basement is warmer. I have added to the value of my home for a great price. Couldn`t be more satisfied.

A hole in my roof led to unwanted guests in my home. Kevin showed up on the same day and took care of the problem. He took care to lay bait traps carefully keeping in mind the fact that we have small children. Have not seen another mouse since, and this was back in May. He also gave me a six month warranty on the service, but as aforementioned, it has not been necessary to call him for a follow-up. Highly recommend!

I called Tom to come and fix the locks on my bathroom and bedroom door. He came on the same day that I made the service call. I found him to be thorough, pleasant and professional. He came on time and treated my home with the utmost respect. He explained everything that he was going to do and charged me a fair price for services rendered. Will call him again in a jiffy should the need arise.
