Speers Flooring has always appreciated all of retail, builder and contractor business. As one of the owners, I would like to personally thank you for all of your patronage that you have brought to Speers Flooring. It is because of clients like yourself that we will be celebrating 50 years of business success next year.
Speers Flooring strives for 100 % customer satisfaction. To provide a balanced understanding, we have established Return Policies which are displayed on 3'x 5' signs throughout the showroom for easy reference as well as on our invoices.
The first line of our Return Policy does state that "All natural stone purchases are final sale." This policy is very much the standard in our industry. Because Natural Stones have inherent variances, each batch we receive will not look the same as the last. Our customers, like you and your clients, would be upset if their order contained pieces from a different lot as part of their order.
Our mandate is that every client of ours should be confident that they are getting the best, first quality material that has not been mixed with previous batches or previously sorted through. Having said that, our team has been asked to work with clients to better their experiences in any way possible while maintaining company policies.
Speers Flooring certainly appreciates your time for bringing matter to our attention for discussion. Your patronage is very important to us. In order to resolve this circumstance to everyone's benefit, please contact me and I will refund the cost of the product surplus to you, but as we cannot utilize the material, please keep the four pieces as spares for your project. Having a few spares for a completed project is always highly recommended in all cases. We trust that you will find this resolution as fair as possible for the situation and hope that we might have the opportunity to earn your business patronage once again.
