During winter large icicles would form along the eave troughs at the front (over the porch) and back of our house. When the icicles melted the water pooled along the interlocking on our front porch causing the stones to rise. Patrick responded to our email query within 24-hours and came out to examine the eaves troughs and removed the existing leaf guards to verify their condition. We found Patrick to be knowledgable and he provided an explanation as to what the problem was and a solution to rectify it. Replacement of the problematic eaves troughs was completed within a day. Patrick tested the new installation to very proper water capture. We were quite happy with the completed job. We highly recommend Magic Monkey Inc.

Excellent window quality. Sales representative informed us of current promotions being offered by firm and guided us through the different grades of window and qualities so that we could make the best selection for our budget. Installers were punctual and informed us of all findings as our home was built in the 70's. Installation crew protected our home as they accessed both indoors and outdoors. Did and excellent clean-up job. Made a follow-up inspection at no charge.
