Favorite Room & Accessory:

I love my lanai. I have a nice iron swing out there with weather proof material. My daughter and I will sit out there in the morning and wait for her bus to come.

Favorite Neighborhood:

I really like Manasota Key. Although there are multi million dollar homes here, it is very pretty to drive down the winding streets that are directly next to the beach.

My next home project(s):

I will need a new roof eventually... I am thinking in another year or two. I would like to replace my carpeting with bamboo flooring.
