Favorite Room & Accessory:

I am a complete kitchen snob. I see the kitchen as the centerpiece of every home or condo and if it is not comfortable, I am not comfortable. I have always joked with my wife that I want a house that is all kitchen with a very nice bathroom as the second room. From there, maybe we'll pick one of the two rooms to sleep on the floor in.

Favorite Neighborhood:

Marlborough Street - Back Bay and Cottage Farm, Brookline.
