If you have issues with the distribution of heat and cooling throughout your home BOOK AEROSEAL IMMEDIATELY. For six years, I had issues with the second floor being too hot and regularly slept on the main floor couch after waking up in the night. Yet, the basement was *freezing*. I explored a split HVAC system ($6500) for the bedroom, replacing the skylight ($4500), and so many other fixes. Aeroseal completed work ($2300) and it is perfect. The change was immediately. There were ducts completely disconnected from air source (dislodged when the potlights were installed) which they fixed. The owner, Yuri, performed the work and he was incredibly conscientious.

Not recommended. 1. Team arrives 4 hours after the appointment time to replace a split AC unit. Works in darkness, fails to connect refrigerant line properly. I notice the unit is not cooling, am being told it "needs to settle in". Team leaves. 2. Calls. Promised a service visit. Nobody turns up, wasting an entire day. Call again, told they had forgotten about it. Re-book a visit. 3. Nobody turns up. Two calls later, technician arrives 3 hours late. Leaves, claiming he doesn't have the equipment needed to fix the issue. 4, Multiple further calls. Another missed appointment, more calls, on the same day one more missed appointment. 5. I finally get through to the owner - he promises a new service call between 5 and 7 the following Monday. 6. Nobody turns up. 8:00 I leave a message telling them I am taking legal action. 15 minutes later a technician calls to tell me he's on the way to fix the issue and does so in five minutes. If you value your time, work with somebody else.

Fantastic job from “Quote to cleanup,couldn’t be more happy with the job that these gentlemen did for me, David listen to what I wanted and even did extra add-ons as the job progressed They let me know step-by-step what was happening and needed to be done from removing my popcorn ceiling and ugly unnecessary bulkheads , removing a drop ceiling in the hallway to creating a beautiful smooth ceiling, down walls, with crisp corners. The paint job was professionally done quickly with colours chosen, each team that came to do their jobs were polite and trustworthy. The Electrician completed a tricky job that also involved rewiring my chandelier. Micheal was on hand every day to fill me in and update me on the next steps from beginning to job completion. I will definitely be calling them for any future renovation projects that I have and highly recommend them to anybody looking for an honest upfront professional company. An amazing experience with Spring Home! So glad I picked them to replace my central air unit. Justin, the rep who met with us, was so helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He made the whole experience easy to understand and seamless, and without any jargon or pressure. The appointment was two days later at our request. Justin checked in regularly through the process and the technicians who installed our unit were on time, polite, friendly and efficient.
