I am currently a second-year carpentry student at Durham college and go back in September. In college I’ve learned hands-on experience in residential construction with a focus on outdoor structures like decks, fences, and sheds. I also can do framing, renovation, and general carpentry. Through my training in school I’ve developed strong understanding of blueprints, building code, accurate cutting and measuring. I work efficiently and accurately. Northline Property Care is a one truck, owner operated business serving Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Bowmanville, Courtice and Clarington. One company, one flat monthly payment, twelve months a year. Weekly lawn care runs mid-April to mid-November, roughly 26 visits. Every visit is the same four steps in the same order on the same day of the week: edge, mow, trim, blow off. Spring and fall cleanups are included rather than quoted on top. Clippings go back into the lawn at no charge, and you get a photo record of every visit. Winter is where the plans differ. Silver takes the municipal windrow off the end of your driveway by 5 PM after every storm, with four full clears a season banked on request. Gold plows the whole driveway, unlimited, with a 7 AM target after overnight snow. Platinum runs first against a 6:30 AM target with unlimited automatic salting. Memberships from $129 a month plus HST, billed in twelve equal payments. Never a per visit invoice and never a surprise storm charge. Fully insured and HST registered. Tree work above ladder height, irrigation, hardscaping, sod and grading are outside what we do, and we will point you to someone who does them. Green in summer. Clear in winter.
