I ran my own tile and flooring installation business for 20 years in the Orillia area. I’ve been a site supervisor on residential and commercial properties for over 5 years. I can pretty much fix anything in your house excluding appliances and major plumbing or electrical work. I can do carpentry (rough and finishing), insulation, minor drywall sheeting and taping, painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, any tiling or flooring excluding carpet, hanging doors and door hardware etc, etc. I can do light welding and have my own mig welder. I can solder copper pipes and install pex as well. I have all my carpentry tools, flooring tools and drywall and painting tools. I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation.
