This identifies missing, outdated, inconsistent, or unverified information—including plans, permits, warranties, maintenance records, and documentation of previous work. Property Health Diagnosis: We assess the physical condition of the property’s spaces, systems, and components to identify defects, deterioration, safety concerns, and emerging risks. Findings are supported by observations and defensible evidence. Property Financial Leakage Diagnosis: We examine where your property may be losing money through avoidable expenditure, inefficient operation, recurring problems, unsupported charges, or missed income where applicable.
