If you haven’t already purchased the materials, and request that we do this, we can take care of this for you. Full Home Check-up: Before leaving your premises, our handyman will offer you a a full home check-up. This is a complimentary service that we offer to all of our customers. You are in no way obliged to accept it. We will review key areas of home maintenance for you and give you an overview that may require attention. Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. If we gave you an estimate, then we stand by that agreed upon estimate and is the amount that will be required for payment of our services. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate. My name is James. I pride myself in quality workmanship using quality tools. I’ve worked in the construction industry for nearly 40 years. I’ve been a site supervisor on residential and commercial properties for over 5 years. I can pretty much fix anything in your house excluding appliances and major plumbing or electrical work. I can do carpentry (rough and finishing), insulation, minor drywall sheeting and taping, minor painting, minor plumbing and electrical work, hanging doors and door hardware etc, etc. I can solder copper pipes and install pex as well.
