Jim did an amazing job, he was very thorough and answered all our questions. His report was extremely detailed and included photos of problem areas. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and family!

I want to commend Jim on a the home inspection he performed for my daughter and her boyfriend that was extremely well done. He was punctual, professional and patient. His inspection was very comprehensive, even the Real Estate agent commented on this. He insisted both prospective home owners be present so as to address any and all concerns either may have. Jim patiently and thoroughly addressed all of their questions and concerns. We all recommend Jim and his company.

Home inspection for pending home purchase

Jim was excellent, on time and very accommodating for our tight deadline. Jim has all the equipment such as EMF meter, thermal imaging, Radon test etc to carry out a thorough home inspection.

He also took his time to go through every aspect of the house and the report was detailed, clear, and very easy to understand.

Big thumbs up for Jim, and highly recommended.

A few weeks after found out there was mold behind my shower and in my kitchen ceiling, due to a small leak behind the shower. One hole in my closet dry wall now and kitchen ceiling to repair the issue. Could have been discovered during inspection.

Company Response: There were no indications of any moisture whatsoever. Using infrared or moisture meters. The area was dry at the time of the inspection and areas behind walls that cannot been seen are not a part of the inspection as it would have required destructive investigation, a home inspection is a visual only inspection. The report clearly states that hidden areas are beyond the scope of a home inspection. There is also a clear statement within the report warning of freshly painted walls that can conceal previous and current water issues. The warnings were not heeded. Mold can also grow within 24-48 hours of it becoming wet. If the problem occurred after the inspection there would be no way to tell.
