I called Solutions based on the recommendation of a friend, and reviews here. I bought a house and inherited some tenants. In order to get insurance, I had to get an Electrical Safety Authority (ESA) certification on the place. It's an old Victorian with knob and tube and not many outlets. Solutions (I dealt with Frank and Parhez in the office) listened to my request and worked towards a solution that met my needs (I'm doing some major renos later on so just wanted a stop-gap solution at this time).
Only negative points I'd make is that their quote yo-yo'd a bit (but in the end we agreed on a price that was fair to both of us) and that Parhez can talk fast and jargony at times (but he'll slow down if you just ask). But those were minor. I will definitely be contacting them when I do my major re-wiring as they're good people, fair, and they do things the right way.
