After speaking with a handful of installers recommended by the manufacturer of our snazzy new Italian induction cooktop, we choose Oborne Contracting. They were fantastic. Osborne contracting showed up right on time and eagerly got to the needed demolition. Unfortunatly there were several days where they did not have staff available slowing down the project. Their attention to detail and having something done right was exceptional. Good communication between the site manager and client so most of the time I knew what time the contractor would be starting. We love our new spaces.

John is one of the best contractors out there. He is very friendly, honest and patient. Even though it was a small job, he displayed care and attention to detail and took the time to explain everything and made sure I had no questions. The company owner, John, assessed the requested work initially through detailed pictures which we provided. He answered all of our many questions. Up front, he itemized the company's billing procedures. His courteous, knowledgeable, friendly manner certainly reassured us.
Jeff, the project manager, accomplished all of the work in laundry room and bathrooms in two short phases even when we added an additional small job (dimmer switches for the new lights.) His skilful workmanship was much appreciated; he did an excellent job in completing these projects including totally cleaning up the area after. Always he was very polite, informative, and professional.

John came to my house to consult on a water spot on the ceiling underneath the master bathroom. He was extremely thorough and helpful.
