I replaced my entire triplex with new retro-fit windows with Brock. I felt the customer service was excellent and the company did their best to install my windows in January despite poor weather and before my baby was born.
There were a few hiccups along the way like ordering the wrong storm windows for my stained glass, however the company apologized and have been working on correcting the issue.
The installation itself was two days and we worked out a plan to do the majority of the install on one day prior to when I gave birth. The outside was done at a later date, however was much more non-invasive as the job was done in the exterior of the home only.
