The two guys that came over to remove some rather heavy items from my rooftop patio were so friendly and incredibly efficient. Booking was effortless, the telephone communication prior to pickup was kind and courteous, the cost was reasonable and exactly what I was quoted. I'm looking for another reason to use them. The guys were professional and friendly. It was a tough job having to get rid of a big pile of dirt and other yard waste from my backyard. They never complained and were funny too. They couldn't sweep up as we were outside, so they raked the area instead!! Awesome. I also appreciated them keeping me updated on time of arrival and informed on further delays due to traffic.

Followed up with a phone call before their arrival (as promised), arrived within half an hour (as promised), provided information regarding other items that I was thinking of including to be taken away and removed the TV quickly. I called in a pinch as a tenant had left a fairly large amount of junk behind that I had to get rid of in a hurry. They showed up on time and, while there were there, they even got rid of some construction debris that was left over from a renovation. The guys (Rob and Bill) were very friendly, personable, and incredibly efficient. They even swept the garage out when they were done. I was very, very pleased with the level of service. I was also glad to know that the vast majority of what was collected would be recycled as opposed to just thrown into a landfill. Great job, guys! I won't hesitate to use Got Junk again or to recommend you to someone else.

This has been one of the most productive, professional, and perfectly executed business experiences I have had... Andrew and Matt were strategic, intelligent, sensitive(to the historic contents of an elderly person's home),energetic, and a pleasure to work with. At times I needed muscle to pull down a rod or dislodge a resistant item and they were most accommodating. It was a pleasure too to be witnessing a team that worked so cooperatively and collegially. Were I the president of your company, I would start thinking that a replacement might be found in either of these two very fine young men. I admire your business model. They were professional, friendly quick and thorough at clearing the junk off my garage. Plus, they did an excellent job with the clean up afterwards. Will definitely call 1-800-GOT-JUNK again next time, I need more Junk remove from my house as well as recommend to my friends.
