Couch cleaning with large cappuccino stain

John and Zack did an incredible job! They were punctual, friendly, and worked absolute wonders on a MASSIVE cappuccino stain on my light beige couch. I couldnt be more grateful! This is the second time Ive used this company, and they continue to impress. Highly recommend.

Carpet cleaning

Our basement carpet was well overdue for a proper cleaning. Between two kids and large dogs, it was a hot mess. The whole experience with Steam n Clean was amazing, easy to book and the customer service was excellent. I cant say enough about the technician, John, who did the cleaning. John is knowledgeable and obviously takes great pride in his work. The carpet looks amazing and I will definitely use the service again.

Sofa cleaning

They were on time and courteous. They let me know when they would arrive. The sofa looks amazing. They were very clean - they even wiped the floor by the front door when they left. They leaned the cushions on each other so they would dry. Really nice people and sofa is clean.

A bit of everything

Old Toronto

They responded to my request for a quote quickly and booked my appointment within a couple of days. My sofa, carpeted stairs and mattress are only five years old. The water was still very dirty. They were very kind and efficient and even arrived about 15 minutes early. (They called first.) I probably should have done this earlier. Yuck!

Mediocre

North York

Mediocre at best. First thing they did was try to upsell on a sanitization for $200. Did not do the carpets on the outside of the railing (see pictures). 25 mins total, seemed like they were just rushing to get out. Nice enough people but service was very meh. Would have gone for cheaper options had I known the service level of a certified company
