One of your A-1 team, Marty, did work for us at our home in Port Moody yesterday, and I wanted to provide you some feedback.
Marty is one impressive man. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, and very professional. Probably no surprise to you on any of that.
The part that prompted me to call Chelsie and write this email was as Marty was finishing up yesterday afternoon, he described how proud he was to work for A-1, and specifically you. He told me how you’ve built the business and what a great leader you are. It was really refreshing to hear Marty’s so positive feedback on you and the company he’s spent 10 years with.
Peter, congratulations on what you’ve built in A-1 Drainage, and for hiring such a terrific employee in Marty. I will make a point to recommend A-1 anytime I’m asked for a plumbing referral.
