I wish I had read the reviews earlier!!!!! When I first spoke with the guy and when he showed up to the site he was very nice and polite. We arranged a split lump sum payment, so we would give them the full price when they remove the doors and racoons two days later.
I just got a phone call from him saying he'd come by in 30 min to take the door down and get the rest of his money. I politely said that someone would be home in 2 hours, but not in 30 min. He freaked out and screamed at me over the phone saying that we work on his schedule and he doesn't work on ours! But then I told him that 30 min warning is a bit late, we can arrange another date. So he keeps on telling me how he should have received the full payment and so things like this would not happen.
When we spoke on the phone initially he said that he'll 'fix up the roof'. Well we have different definitions of 'fix up'. SO when I asked about it again, what will happen to the gauze, he said 'it's going to stay there." They won't be doing anymore work on the house. I would have to get a contractor to come and fix it if I want it to look nice. WTF!?!?!!?!?!
Also my parents are senior and we asked about the discount. Then he said that because he's screening 11 vents but charging us only for 7 is already a large enough discount and does not want to give us the senior discount. Who knows if he really patched up all 11...?
What a disappointment. I should have received a much better service.
