Hello Peggy, Thank you for your feedback. Looking into the job notes on your file, I am happy to see Robert was successful in removing all the birds from your house. I saw a couple of factors which could explain the price being a little higher than our typical bird removal;
1) Robert had to cut into an internal wall void to rescue 2 starlings that had fallen down from the attic and were stuck inside the wall.
2) The entry point on the roof where Robert installed a starling one-way-door, required a 40 ft ladder when we made our follow up visit to monitor and permanently screen.
Most similar situations we deal with require a free onsite written estimate to determine exactly what is needed to solve that problem with no surprises, and phone quotes for comparison are not an accurate comparison. I am sorry this complaint was not brought to my attention earlier. Until now we were not members of homestars and notification of this complaint did not reach me. Being committed to total customer satisfaction, I would like the opportunity to talk to you personally and do whatever we can to correct the situation to your satisfaction. We have many ways to improve the appearance, if not making invisible the animal proofing screens that we install.
