Absolute Draining & Plumbing

This company was hired to increase water flow and pressure, relocate the water meter and relocate the storm and sewer drain outside. I went from 25LPM to 18LPM after they changed the water pipes. They installed the new sewer drain inside the house in the middle of the room without my consent or knowledge. They cemented it after telling them not to do so. They did this because the storm drain was in the way however, they should have asked. Then they didn't re locate the meter as requested. I asked them to repair the work and they refused, then they were slandering me on my home job site and suing me for unprofessional inadequate work they did.

We were having drainage issues for months and had a few different plumbers over who could not pinpoint where the issue was coming from. After being referred to Andrew, within 10 minutes of being here, he was able to pinpoint exactly where our pipe issue was and tell us exactly what was needed to fix it. He was timely and the price was reasonable. His work was great and we have not had a drainage issue since he replaced our clay pipes with pvc pipes. He did a terrific job and we would recommend him to anyone with plumbing or drainage issues. Thanks Andrew!

Everyone I spoke with at Absolute have been absolutely amazing to speak to including their customer service, Vlad and one of their plumbers Andrew. We called for an emergency on Dec 30th at 9:oo pm (found them online after searching for an after hours plumber in the GTA). They got back to me in a timely manner with their on call plumber (Andrew) to schedule the service for the next day as requested. They showed up on time, were very helpful and clearly care about the work they do. We decided to add them to our list of vendors for our company!! Will definitely be using them again!

Andy (the estimator) was terrific. Showed up exactly when he said he would and gave me (and my son) great advice on how to maintain the work they put in at our house. Crews were a little late on starting but stayed until the job was finished. What I thought was going to be a 2 - 3 day job (installation of a Back Flow Valve) was completed and inspected in 1 day! Will definitely use them again.

In the middle of the cold snap in Toronto when frozen pipes and no heat were an issue for so many, getting someone to help with my drainage/flooding issue was a problem. Absolute was recommended to me by another plumbing company (yes - they're that good) as they're drainage experts and glad they did. The root system from my maple tree had found its way into the original pipes and had caused a major barricade. Andrew came in with his camera scope, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, gave me a quote on the spot and was back the next day with his crew to start the work. He also recommended the install of a backwash valve and helped me to navigate the required permit, city inspection and paperwork for the rebate currently being offered by the city. Great idea as the floor had to be opened up anyway - get it all done at once before the new flooring goes down! He also replaced a leaky shut off valve for me. All in all, Absolute was reasonably priced and did quick, quality work. Great experience working with Andrew and his team! Would recommend without hesitation.

Our Etobicoke area continues to be subject to disastrous flooding with any heavy rains. Andrew returned my initial call promptly, looked at my house drainage system and provided a firm price quote upfront. He checked in several times to oversee the job and what I noticed most importantly was the great report he has with his team. Within the universe of trade services and the awful outcome many have learned unfortunately after the fact, these gentlemen are the best to deal with.

Needed to waterproof front of my home and decided to also do some plumbing work before I landscape. Andrew was very helpful and came in at the budget I hoped to pay. Work was done a day early and I am more than happy with the finished product. I will definitely use Absolute for any future work and won't hesitate to recommend.

I didnt know who to call when I had a leak from an HVAC drain, so I went down the list on Google. Andrew was the 3rd call I made and the best person I spoke to. He was available that day, and provided great service. Above and beyond, thank you Andrew.

Our house used to have a building trap on the front yard and it caused two sewage backups within last year. Andrew from Absolute came at night after last backup has happened and explained the problem with the trap. In couple days his crew has excavated the trap along with damaged parts of the drain pipe. Moreover they have installed a backflow device that prevents backups in the future.
Andrew has come on very short notice and spent quite some time to explain the reasons behind backups and scope of proposed work. The whole job has been done in two days. Two guys were working almost entire first day in a large hole in the ground. Next day after City Inspector has accepted their work they backfilled the hole. It was even hard to tell that we had large excavation and a pile of dirt on our front yard.
As a part of this terrific job, Andrew has arranged inspection and helped us with paper work required to receive the City flood protection incentive.
