Acorn Wood Floors

Initially met Val at one of the home shows and I was pleasantly surprised that Acorn Wood Floors can install brand new thin strip top nail red oak flooring to match the rest of my house. Ron did a great job on the install, on time, and on budget. The thin strip oak flooring is also the ideal product if you have in floor radiant heat. Great job guys.

We had an old fir floor which I was not sure how to finish. I found some helpful advice from a local company called Acorn Wood Floors in some of the discussion forums. When I called them on the phone they were extremely helpful and encouraging. The owner visited my home and told me verbally how to do the job myself. They took the time to draw up a quote for me, which was reasonable, but we ended up doing the job ourselves. Without their helpful advice and courteous service I would not have had the confidence to proceed. Thank you Acorn for being so helpful and honest!

After a great deal of research and three different quotes we chose Acorn Wood Floors to refinish our hardwood floors. A neighbor had given Acorn a strong recommendation and after meeting with Ron Teljeur it was obvious why. Ron was knowlegable, thorough and experienced. He was willing to take all the time necessary to address any questions or concerns we had. His crew was courteous, respectful and efficient. The job was completed well within the estimated time. Ron's follow-up gave us some excellent tips on maintaining our new floors.

We went with Vintage engineered flooring as it was made in Canada and had great reviews! Could not have been happier with our choice. The service was excellent. The product is VERY durable, the staff were knowledgable, willing to share their extensive knowledge and very easy to work with. I would and have recommended this company to everyone. Also when I had renovation work done, Acorn fixed the gouges that were accidentally done during the construction efficiently.

I just want to say how pleased I am with the work done on my floor repair. It is just beautiful and I am so very happy.
