Purchased two single insulated garage doors last week from Adams doors systems . Great workmanship,staff was extremely curtious and knowledgeable. Doors look great lots of compliments from the neighbors . Thanks for the expert service would highly recommend Adams doors systems .

From the receptionist who answered my calls, and Dave, the sales rep. who came to visit me & provided me with the product info. including a guaranteed quote & installation date and finally, Carlos, the garage door installer, I genuinely felt their commitment to ensuring that I was a satisfied customer. In today's market, it is not often that you see such dedication. I called on a Monday & had a new garage door installed by Thursday. Service was exceptional & I thank you.

I was looking for a new garage door and I found the name of this company in a flyer that was delivered via mail to my home. I called and a salesman came out see me a couple of days later; his name was Carlos and he was friendly, knowledgable, funny and extremely helpful...I bought the garage door on the spot even though I had originally planned to wait and get my husband's opinion who was not home at the time. The co-ordinator (Jackie) who answered the phone at the head office was equally charming and helpful, and the installer (coincidentally another Carlos) was efficient, kind, and went above an beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the final product. No complaints anywhere :)

I am quite satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the garage door. Also the guys who came to install the door were quite professional and punctual. Also they finished the job before the time given to me.

This company was consistent from start to finish . I had an issue /misunderstanding with the order and the customer service was superb. The office and field staff friendly ,courteous and gives excellent customer service. The workmanship was great . would definitely recommend them to others.

It was a pleasure dealing with staff at Adams Door Systems. They were very informative and professional. I personally had to reschedule the install twice, but it was always a simple process. Once scheduled the installers showed up on time and did a great job. Felt horrible for them as it was one of the hotest days of the year...yet through it all they were great. Doors and capping look fantastic. We were very happy and had many compliments from the neighbours. Reinforces our decision in our choice of doors and supplier! We would highly recommend Adams Door Systems and their knowledgeable and personable staff.

We just had our 2 garage doors replaced today by Adams and i must say they look really great. We had been investigating garage doors for the past couple of months & did our due diligence before our purchase. We came across an add in the mail of a door that caught our eye. We noticed that Adams had a showroom & visited them, we were able to see and touch the door we liked. What sold us a not only the beautiful door we saw but the great customer service that was provided from Kia in the showroom educating us on the product to Carlos the salesman visiting our home to the follow up by the owner Dave to ensure everything went well....great job guys!! I also noticed you do entry doors and we will be in the market in the fall and will be sure to visit you....Thanks again,

From the initial call to the no cost in home estimate I felt very satisfied with the professionalism of the staff. My entry door was installed within 4 weeks as promised and the installers were very thorough and detailed with their workmanship. Adams Door Systems comes highly recommended by my family. The years and prestige of the Adams name speaks for itself. Thank-you guys!

I purchased the new doors with the aluminum capping around the doors, which cost extra. When they put the doors on one slat was wrong, a different pattern. They were great about admitting it was there mistake and they fixed it within a very short period of time. The doors were put on in the fall and after the first winter I noticed some rusting around a screw on the capping. The rust was starting to spread so I called Adams to tell them about it. They told me they would come out and replace it. I waited and waited and ended up having to call 3 times before they actually came out and replaced the screw. Agaiin, shortly after that replacement the screw rusted again.
I was very happy with the service until they put the doors on, after that...poor service. There is still rust happening in the area of the capping. Area work they recommended so it wouldn't need any repair after it was placed, that's what they said. So far, that's the only area that needs repair! Would I recommend this company, sorry no. Their follow up with problems is non existent.
