I had a wasp nest that was under my bow window trim and tried everything. Foam spray, powder, etc.. nothing got into the area. These guys came and totally killed the nest. No more wasp finally! Very polite, friendly and affordable. Will recommend and use them again.

A technician came three weeks ago to treat my house for carpenter ants (using interior bait / exterior spray). So far there has been no improvement -- in fact, they have become much worse. I feel that they did not adequately communicate the process or warn me re the time-frame. The lady answering the phone today said it takes 4-6 weeks to work and that an increase in ants is normal. The technician I spoke to today said it takes 3 months. Although I spoke to the technician at length when booking the job, nobody warned me that I would have to put up with an increase in ants for such a lengthy period. They have agreed to come back next week to do the interior spray. I hope it works because it was not a cheap service. In the meantime, this has been very stressful for me.

We have used a number of pest services before. Living in Leaside in Toronto, we have quite a problem with carpenter ants. We used to find the problem reoccurring several weeks after the spray treatments. And, that was getting expensive. Through our trial and error we found Advantage and we are glad we did.
