Three months after servicing and recharging our Fujitsu Ductless AC the unit was no longer producing cold air. At this service the technician found no leaks and recharged the unit. Called back for another service call and technician Amir was sent to check the unit. Initially with a soap test Amir found no leaks but he was very diligent and persisted in trying to determine the cause of the problem. He utilized a different type of liquid leak detector and a specialized tool to detect leaks. Amir's knowledge and persistence paid off and he was able to determine a minor leak at a flange and repaired it. There was no charge for the call back which could have been avoided if Amir had been assigned the initial service call.
