I had a new air conditioner installed within the last 5 years and it has not been cooling my house properly for the entire time. I chose this company at a higher cost due to their years in business, supposed expertise and reliable coverage should service be required in the future. I'm reluctant to go with another company as I would think that this company would take some ownership in their work in rectifying this issue. I am at the brink of cutting my losses as they are not responsive (waiting more than 1 week for a service call) with no resolution. Thankfully, I did not sign up for their annual maintenance plan.
I understand that mistakes happen evne with the best companies and feel the true measure of a good company is how they respond to mistakes or disagreements. Air Treatment ClimateCare falls short on this measure and would not recommend this company.

When I initially wrote the review, I was very frustrated in the midst of an intense heat wave. The same day this review was entered (i.e. before the company actually had an opportunity to see this review), I was contacted by the salesperson that took care of my air conditioner sale 6 years ago (Denise). I was extremely impressed that a salesperson would take the care to deal with a service issue 6 years after the sale as this was the one and only time I have dealt with her. In fact, I didn't think to ask for Denise as I only met her the one time when the sale was made. Bottom line is that Denise took care to ensure this issue was resolved to my satisfaction in a very timely matter. This treatment exceeds my expectations of what I'd expect in terms of being taken care of in such a personal way. I highly recommend this company for standing by their work and the salesperson's (Denise) care and commitment shown well beyond the sales cycle.
