The most important factor that I was impressed with was the fact that Amazing Shutters is a family run business. They are the consultants and the installers. They stand by their products.
We initially had Haiem come in for a consult. His knowledge of the product was outstanding; he took his time to explain everything in detail, and made us aware of all our choices. The “No pressure tactic” works well, the “call us when you’re ready” approach is effective.
Alex and Haiem were professional and courteous throughout our experience. Small details is what caught my eye, such as coming in with indoor shoes, containing the mess, having a spread sheet to protect our newly renovated floor; all very important factors. Even though some of our windows were challenging, they successfully and pleasantly completed the job. You could not even tell they had been in the house on the day of installation.
