Overall we had a good experience with Amazing Windows. The shutters are very high quality and the quality is evident in their appearance. The material has the solidity and weight of wood with the low maintenance finish of vinyl. I am also looking forward to seeing the savings in energy from the insulating effects of the shutters.

Alex and his father came for the installation. They did a great job. They were a little late but once they arrived they got everything installed quickly and made no mess. I also appreciated the care they showed in bringing their own "indoor shoes" for the installation.

As per one of the other reviewer's comments I felt that Alon's customer service could be improved. I understand they have a unique product which means they don't need to sell as hard as other companies but at times Alon comes across as indifferent but perhaps this is unintentional.

Overall my wife and I were happy with the service and the product. I am thinking of calling the company back to install more shutters in other rooms when we are ready to make the investment. Amazing Windows proved to be a trustworthy, reliable family-owned company with a superior product.
