I was looking to complete (unfinished work from 5 years ago) the second level windows with blinds that matched the existing set on the main floor. I found Alex on the web and he promptly came to my place to provide a free estimate. In reviewing the blinds he determined the colour was discontinued however he offered to see if one of his suppliers would have some old stock to meet my needs. He took an existing blind from the main floor as a sample to ensure he could find the exact match. Lucky for me he was able to source it out and we were in business. Alex installed the second level blinds (20 feet high) with precision and balance (required for the job) in under an hour. He was a real pleasure to do business with and I am very satisfied with the final product. I will be recommending him to friends who need window coverings in the future.

Our apartment has large unusual windows. We talked to at least half a dozen window coverings companies about a solution that would control the light and heat and complement our furnishings. Alex was gracious, helpful and gave a competitive quote. He followed up, answered questions and made suggestions. The shutters arrived when he said they would, the installation was professional and quick, and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. We are very happy that we chose to go with Amazing Windows as the shutters look stunning and the installation is perfect. We highly recommend this company.

We took possession of a new construction home in Richmond Hill and needed window coverings for the entire house. After reading many reviews on homestars we decided to get Alex at Amazing Window Fashions to provide us with a quote. He came over to the house to price the job and provided some great suggestions as well. He even came over to our the house we were renting at the time so he could see our furniture and colour scheme in order to give a more informed opinion. We then met him at his store where he provided more ideas and opinions and he was very patient while we tried to figure out what to go with. Finally we made our selections and clearly outlined when we wanted the coverings installed. He was very accommodating and assured us the coverings would be ready within our specified time frame.

Due to some delays in our renovation schedule we asked him to extend the installation date on two occasions and he was nice enough to accommodate our request.

Installation was smooth and done professionally. There were some minor glitches which prevented him from completing the installation the same day but Alex handled the situation professionally and came back a few days later to finish the job.

All in all my wife and I are very satisfied with the job done and love all the colours we picked for our drapes. I will most certainly recommend Amazing to anyone. I realize the rating system only goes to 10 but if I could I would have given him 11 out of 10. He was a pleasure to deal with!

We had our entire condo done in Polywood shutters and were absolutely thrilled with the results. We could not have asked for a better job. The workmanship was flawless and the results far exceeded our expectations. We never thought that such fine craftsmanship still existed - it was a pleasure fromm start to finish. We're glad we chose Amazing Windows after reading the reviews here. Our polywood shutters really make the kitchen and den look amazing! The den was recently renovated and we wanted a clean fresh look to go with the room. Just love it now. The kitchen has a sliding door to the back and two side windows. The shutters look great and we couldn't be happier with Alex and the crew.

Alon came and gave me a very competitive quote. He displayed confidence in his product. I requested that they do the job. Alex came to install 3 weeks later. The shutters look beautiful. They really compliment my Victorian home. They look like they have been there forever. One small issue in main bath, but they have advised it will get rectified.
