Astron had a mid-range estimate, but ended up throwing in many items for free, which made them the best bang for the buck - and made me a very happy customer! The guys worked very steadily to get the job done and cleaned up impecabbly afterwards. On top of that all, they are part of an ESA program so they won't do any work that's not compliant. Some electricians quoted for alot of extra work that wasn't required. Because of Astron's participation in the ESA program, we felt more confident that they weren't taking advantage of us. And, we got the certificate almost immediately.

- Astron was really busy so we had to schedule far in advance. This seemed quite standard for most of the electrical companies though.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Don't skimp and do it right. Get as many quotes as you can and compare what each company tells you is required. Go with your gut.
