Appliances always pick the worst times to break down, and ours was no different! My wife and I were 9 months pregnant, and had all kinds of new and used baby clothing and bedding that needed to be cleaned. When our Dryer broke down, I didn’t know where to turn. I found Aubrey online, read through his incredible reviews, and thought….. I have to give this man a call. I’m so very glad I did! Aubrey returned my call very quickly, and made changes to his schedule to accommodate us. Diagnosing the issue was a snap for Aubrey – you can tell he really knows his stuff, and has all kinds of experience. Not only did he fix the issue for us, but he went the extra mile (and then some!) in terms of servicing and cleaning the whole unit, and then making sure we LEARNED how to avoid the same issue, and others like it, from happening again. You can tell that Aubrey truly cares about his customers, and about his customers homes, families, and budget. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and did it all with a warm smile. I honestly felt like a family friend on account of how helpful he was… going so far as to even follow up a few weeks later to make sure that everything was still ok. Aubrey is the service provider that we all HOPE for when we have to make that call, and other providers could learn a lot from his example. Now that I’ve found him, I’m holding on to his business card forever (or at least until he retires!). If you have need for a miracle worker, call Aubrey. It’s been about 2 months (if not more) since our service call – and I’ve been meaning to write this very well deserved review ever since. Aubrey was that good. Thanks a million Aubrey!
