This guy is amazing. I got a great recommendation from a friend and then my microwave died. He arrived when he said he would (amazing) he fixed the shoddy workpersonship that was done previously (wasn't the microwave but the previous poor job of wiring) and he charged me very little for the trouble-shooting and the work he did. Can't recommend him highly enough. Deserves more that a 10!

Mr. Aubrey has been to my home for different problems throughout the years and I don't hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family. He is an honest man with a lot of integrity, this I find is something that is hard to find at times and I appreciate and value.
He has always made himself available, and tends to make you feel that your call is important and on top of his list. A true professional! A+++

He zeroed in on what the cause was and had a retrofit part to fix the issue. No problem putting all the pieces back together, he looked at the job as a challenge and a puzzle.

was in getting a part for my Samsung fridge (never buy another one) at the appliance parts store aubry was getting parts for a customer of his when he heard the part I wanted he suggested an alternative part if what I needed was not in stock (they had the part ) he also told me how to remove the cover so as not to damage anything never suggested a service call only tried to be helpful great person to talk to if I can't fix it aubry is my man

My 15-year-old refrigerator suddenly started making a loud noise, like a tractor or airplane. I called Aubrey who had fixed a dishwasher for me several years ago and left a voice mail describing the problem. Aubrey called back quickly and, even though it was late afternoon, said he would come right away. When he arrived he said he was pretty sure he knew what the problem was and proceeded to remove the parts of the fridge necessary to show me an ice build up around the fan. He thawed the ice, made sure the drain was open, and cleaned out a part on the back of the fridge, making sure it was completely free of "gunk". He then put everything back together and pushed the fridge back against the wall. Problem solved. I would recommend Aubrey to anyone who wants prompt, efficient and friendly appliance repair services.

Great! 2nd time calling Aubrey. Diagnosed problem over the phone, showed up with what he needed and fixed my machine! Will definitely be calling Aubrey again anytime I break anything!

Aubrey saved Christmas. 2 weeks to Christmas our stove stopped working, Aubray came to asses the work in less then 24 hours and in short order sourced the part and installed it. He's not only good at what he does he's a sweet and personable man.

I came back from a vacation to find my fridge warm. I called a few companies that were recommended by the manufacturer, but both told me that my (2 year old!) fridge had "too many issues" and that I might as well buy a new fridge.

I decided to call someone independent: Aubrey. I left him a voicemail and he responded within a few hours. He would have come the same day, but I couldn't get home in time, so he came the next day at 5:30 pm, to allow me time to get home from work. He was careful about putting down a cloth to keep the floor clean and quickly diagnosed a possible problem. He put in a new part and the fridge was fixed, for about 1/5th the cost of a new fridge. He also cleared out a clog that was causing some internal water pooling. The entire time he was in my home: 45 minutes. Aubrey is professional, and I highly recommend him.

Aubrey was courteous, prompt and thorough. He looked beyond the original issue and fixed something that I didn't know was broken but made our washing machine run even better. I would definitely use his service again.

I always call Aubrey now. He's methodical, thoughtful, quiet, and brings real know-how without the bluster. For this job, he worked out why our stove had stopped lighting, and gave us advice on what to do next. A simple job but it was nice not to be pressured into buying parts or doing anything expensive.
