Aubrey came over to fix a problem with our fridge not cooling properly. He didn't provide an estimate over the phone (smart, because he later explained there's no way to tell what the problem is without doing an inspection). He was polite, efficient, professional and washed his hands before touching the fridge. He explained what the problem was, fixed it and told us how to prevent it in the future. His rates weren't cheap but seem in line with the industry average and he got the job done. Highly recommend.

Appliances always pick the worst times to break down, and ours was no different! My wife and I were 9 months pregnant, and had all kinds of new and used baby clothing and bedding that needed to be cleaned. When our Dryer broke down, I didn’t know where to turn. I found Aubrey online, read through his incredible reviews, and thought….. I have to give this man a call. I’m so very glad I did! Aubrey returned my call very quickly, and made changes to his schedule to accommodate us. Diagnosing the issue was a snap for Aubrey – you can tell he really knows his stuff, and has all kinds of experience. Not only did he fix the issue for us, but he went the extra mile (and then some!) in terms of servicing and cleaning the whole unit, and then making sure we LEARNED how to avoid the same issue, and others like it, from happening again. You can tell that Aubrey truly cares about his customers, and about his customers homes, families, and budget. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, and did it all with a warm smile. I honestly felt like a family friend on account of how helpful he was… going so far as to even follow up a few weeks later to make sure that everything was still ok. Aubrey is the service provider that we all HOPE for when we have to make that call, and other providers could learn a lot from his example. Now that I’ve found him, I’m holding on to his business card forever (or at least until he retires!). If you have need for a miracle worker, call Aubrey. It’s been about 2 months (if not more) since our service call – and I’ve been meaning to write this very well deserved review ever since. Aubrey was that good. Thanks a million Aubrey!

I have never posted anything in a comment section....EVER, but I had to write a review today. Aubrey saved the day! Our fridge was making a constant clicking noise and had stopped cooling. Being a stay at home mom (making all my kid's meals), I was desperate to get this fixed. We called around to a few places, but nobody could come today. I left a message with Aubrey and he called me back within 20 minutes. He was on the road to another job, but said that a broken down fridge was a priority!!!! He said he would be at my place within 30 minutes and turned around! Now that is service! Aubrey is a professional and honest man. He knew exactly what the issue was and was neat and tidy while working. He got the job done within an hour and our fridge is back up and running! Thanks so much for your efficient, professional, and friendly work! Look no further, Aubrey is your guy!

Aubrey showed up on time and did a great job always taking care to be neat and tidy. As for the blocked drain in my bottom mount freezer he went above and beyond in pulling out the appliance and modifying the drain nipple so that it would be less likely to clog in the future!

Aubrey is a gem! He has serviced almost every appliance in my house for the last 6 years and each time I got honest service with a smile! He keeps his work area tidy, and respects my home like it's his! I would recommend him to everyone!

Wow, one in a million!! Aubrey was able to quickly find a problem that the manufacture's technician's were unable to locate. He was very professional, clean and a lovely gentleman. He took the time to show me the process well he worked and explain what he was doing. A true, honest gem!!

My dishwasher broke + I found Aubrey on a list of approved tradespeople that's on our neighbourhood facebook group page. He was happy to come over a few days later even though it was such a small job. Aubrey's a kind, smart and lovely man. He showed me where it was broken, identified about how old the dishwasher was, and explained how/why it made more sense to replace it than to try to fix it. He gave some good advice on buying - said he'd be happy to install for me but pointed out that some places (Home Depot) have installation services for about the same cost. A small job, but so nicely done.

Aubrey was the quickest to respond to my inquiry regarding fridge repair for my clients. He gave me an accurate quote and serviced the property the following day at the agreed time. He took me through the process of what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. He provided my client with a report and cleaned up once he was done. Going above and beyond the call of duty, he also dropped me off at the bank once we were done with the repair. Thanks Aubrey!
