Our Kenmore fridge had stopped working a couple of days before Christmas and were in dire need of having it repaire. I called a few appliance repair companies and since it was so close to Christmas, some of them could only come the following week. Only 2 appliance repair guys said they possibly come have a look on Christmas eve and Aubrey was the guy that actually came to repair our fridge and we're glad he did. After discussing with him the problem, he already knew what the issue was. The starter relay was not working so he replaced it and it the fridge started to cool down. I was ready to buy a new fridge but Aubrey saved our fridge and our food too. Not to mention that he's a nice guy as well. Thanks again Aubrey

I call Aubrey this morning to see if he could fix my elderly mother's stove. He said he had a lot of calls but would try and fit her in this morning. And he did. He was fast and courteous and was able to fix her stove without charging too much - time and materials. He was fantastic and I will certainly call him again if we ever have any trouble with any appliance and would certainly recommend him.

Our Bosch dishwasher was not draining properly. After looking at the homestars reviews I decided to try Aubrey. He answered the phone directly, diagnosed the issue in about a minute and helped me solve the problem without even making a service call. I'll certainly be calling Aubrey for any future appliance problems and I'm happy to recommend him.

Aubrey, despite repeated offers of money, declined payment because he could not repair our oven. Aubrey is a very honourable, good gentleman, though I still disagree with his decision! :)

Front load Samsung washer stopped draining and spinning on Sunday. Though he was very busy, he was able to come in 48 hours, assessed the problem, fixed it quickly, tested and left the work area tidy. Thanks Aubrey.

Aubrey and I played telephone tag for a while, but he persisted, until finally catching me at home in the mid-evening. I explained the problem with the dishwasher (only 4 yrs old), and he immediately offered a diagnosis that I could test myself (being reasonably handy with tools). He was right on the money; half an hour later I was back in business with a fully functional machine. The other guys I contacted (Elite -- you can see their reviews on this site, too), were going to charge me $98 just to show up and make a diagnosis (oh, and let's not forget the $3.50 fuel surcharge), no guarantee of a fix. Aubrey got no money out of this service call, but he'll get no end of recommendations from me to all my friends -- and he's the first and only guy I'll call the next time I have an appliance problem.

I just hired Aubrey to come and have a look at my fridge that was not cooling. He answered his page promptly, was courteous, and was able to come at 6 the same day. He fixed the fridge, explained in terms that I could understand the problem that had occured, and told me what I could expect in the futute with regard to this make and model of fridge. He was very professional and kind. What great service!!!

Aubrey was very quick getting back to me. I left a message on his after hours voicemail, and had a call first thing the next morning.
Even though I was all the way downtown, he still managed to fit me in.

Aubrey was fast, efficient, professional and honest. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, and came prepared with extra parts just in case.

I would definitely recommend Aubrey to my friends, and will definitely call him again for service.

I called Aubrey in the a.m. and he was there as promised in the afternoon, I was stuck in traffic on the QEW so I let him come into our house when no one was home. I forgot to tell him we had a dog, Oops! He was so great and called me to tell me it was done. He was just going to leave the invoice. We called Aubrey to fix our fridge. As soon as he got here, he told us the fridge had to be defrosted for him to analyze the problem and he didn't want to charge us for the visit or the first analysis. When he came after the defrosting, he checked out the fridge and told us it did not pay to patch it up; charged for the minimum visit only (despite coming twice) and even gave us some good suggestions on where to get a replacement. I liked that he did not try to sell us on costly repairs that wouldn't have resulted in more than a quick patch-up job bound to fail in the long run. I appreciated his honesty and frankness. He also seemed to really know what he was talking about.
