The guys come on the day they said they would come. I came home to great looking garage doors . The garage and driveway were left clean. Great customer service from the quote to a follow up call the next day.

After several months, the garage door opener would operate only intermittently. Autograph doors kept shifting appointments to fix the problem wasting my time and never showed to fix the problem. Appears they had more work than they could handle and lost interest once they had my money. Garage door appears to be installed correctly.

We got our garage doors a few years ago and have been SO pleased with them. Dan Hill was extremely knowledgeable and provided large samples when he came to talk to us at our home - really gave us a better idea of what the colour and style of the door was going to look like once installed.

The doors are still beautiful and the cost was very reasonable. I have already recommended Autograph to our neighbors and my co-workers. Excellent people and excellent product.

The spring broke on our garage door and Autograph Doors was on the scene immediately. It was one of the coldest days of the year and they came in and went right to work and fixed the door within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

We had a new Garaga garage door and a new opening system put in. The sales rep was extremely helpful in making the correct choice for our needs. Service was prompt and the installer was very efficient and pleasant. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and clear instruction were given for self-serving of the door and for programming the external keypad. I would highly recommend this company for both service and product.

Purchased replacement garage door for client over three years ago. Got panic call from client at 8:15pm, that the power was out in the area, and he could not find his 'emergency key release' key. Called the number expecting to leave a message - and actually spoke to a live and helpful voice. Gary assured me that we would get it sorted in the morning. VERY pleased.

We had done some limited research but met Autograph at the Whitby Home Show. First class in all that they did! Had call backs for satisfaction and were never presured. Clean up was terrific. Highly suggest that if you need a door give them a call!

We searched 9 garage door companies and settled on Autograph Doors' Garaga product. Garaga was not the cheapest, but technically probably had the best features. Gary and Danny of Autograph Doors in Ajax sold & installed with class and professionalism. I strongly recommend them.
