Thank you D.E. and the crew who preformed an exceptional job, K.T.,supervisor, B.A. and B.B. and everyone who made sure everything went according to plan from Avenue Road Roofing. Also a great clean-up job, not a piece of "anything" left on the property or the neighbour.

D.A. Was fantasitic. Compared to other sales reps who came to quote he really took the time to consider our roof and other needs. He instilled us with great confidence that Avenue Road Roofing were the right choice. Not only that, but when the job was finished , we called him about a problem with acouple of downspouts and he came by and fixed one right away,and came by on a SUNDAY to fix the other, doing this at no charge! Unbelievable. He said he just wanted us to be happy. Well, we are. Our experience of the roofing work was interesting in that it wasn't problem free, but that whenever we contact Avenue Road about a problem the response is swift and there was no hesitation or argument. So I'm not left feeling like there were problems because they were resolved so easily and satisfactorily. Great. Would happily recommend Avenue Road Roofing to others (in fact, we already have) and unreservedly recommend you recognise what a great staff member you have in D. A.

By roofing standards this was a small job. But Avenue gave it full attention. The workers found that the subroof (plywood) was in bad shape. I expected them to ask for more money. To my pleasant surprise they just fixed the problem without comment or charge. Excellent!

We initially met with D.A. who was kind enough to come to our house on three occasions even responding to a cell phone call on a Saturday evening well before we had signed a contract. He was both thoughtful and thorough in his appraisal and it was the professionalism he demonstrated as well as the excellent reputation of your company that finally resulted in our choice of Avenue Road Roofing. We were then contacted by B.A. from your head office who fully informed us of what would take place at our house over the next few days. We continued to hear from her throughout the course of the project and because of her we were never exposed to any surprises along the way. Finally we have to comment on your crew. They worked quickly and professionally and whenever a challenge arose for them they were quick to point it out to us. On one occasion late in the day an area was discovered on our roof that had significant rot. Before we could get inside to receive the detailed message that B.A. had left for us about the issue your crew was explaining what they had found and assuring us that the carpenter was on the way. J.C. soon arrived having been unexpectedly pulled off a job in Aurora. He immediately started the job and continued to work until 8:30 in the evening until the job was completed. You should be very proud of your people Mr. P. (President) They are a tribute to your organization. They Provide excellent service. They are Very professional. They do a Complete clean up of the site after the work is completed. They Arrived when promised. We would recommend them.

Our existing eaves-troughs needed to be replaced. We didn't have very much time and needed a reliable company to install eaves-troughs that we wouldn't have to worry about for years to come. We decided to go with Avenue Road roofing because of their long standing reputation. We were not disappointed. We decided to not only replace all the eaves-trough but also add gutter guard - there was a great selection of colours.

Don from Avenue Road was very patient and provided many quotes and great suggestions during the consultation. Erv and partner did excellent work - they are craftsman. Avenue road has a great policy to have a manager inspect the work afterwards and they have a great warranty on the work.
