REVISED REVIEW: - 2010 Had raccoon damage on south side of lower roof plus leak into living room. They replaced all shingles and added a water shield (this is just 1/4 of the roof) and didn't come back to fix the downspout from upper level. Then in 2011 we had a leak in the upper portion of the roof so we had the remaining 3/4 of the roof done for $5,000. So you can see just how much Avenue Road Roofing overcharges you!!!

We welcome the opportunity to tell you how pleased we were with Avenue Road's service during the recent installation of new eavestroughs. ARR had replaced our roof a few years ago and were our First Choice to complete this project. Everyone was helpful, courteous & intersted in the customer's (our) needs to who installed the work, B.A. who kept us informed of times & arrangements to F.C. who inspected the final work, all were conscious of providing A-1 service. 1. The workers arrived by 7:30am and were ready to go.
2. The chimney was built by 2pm, and was inspected the next day,and passed inspection.
3. The flashing and shingles were repaired a day later,and the workers made sure everything was complete before leaving.
4. The whole project was handled professionally, and I was informed and educated in the process on what was needed to be done.
5. Excellent work and a professional approach to the work were taken.
6. Kudos to the Avenue Road team! I will definitely use ARR again and will recommend them to others.

We had a really good experience with Avenue Road Roofing. The team was professional (everyone who worked on our house was a professional roofer, not just someone hired to do bang out the job), very little mess, and quality work done on time. They weren't the cheapest, but it was worth it.

I had a terrible time with the first roofer we used. He had replaced a friends roof and we were not expecting problems from him. Then I had a second roofer come to fix the first roofers mistakes and he made many of his own. When your crews came it was a huge relief. We are not experts on how a roof should look but even we could see the difference. Now when it rains I worry and then remember, we have an Avenue Road Roof! It's a real relief.

We are well satisfied with the work done by Avenue Road Roofing. it included no only a complete replacement of our roof but various related repairs including the installation of a new skylight. Everything was done efficiently and within the specified time. We were particularly impressed at the speed and thoroughness of the cleanup. One administrative shortcoming accounts for the slightly less than perfect review: no one in the office pointed out that there is a flexible time payment plan available. It is stated in the contract, but only in small print. It would have assisted us in financing the project.

I have had many friends of mine and co-workers hire Avenue Road Roofing to do the installation of the roofs on their homes. Everyone has been extremely happy with their service and the products they use. The prices are very reasonable and the service is very good. I will be using their service this coming summer or fall for my own home. Everyone has given me good comments about this company.

ARR did a great job in repairing my roof during the winter. Guys came as scheduled, worked hard to get the work done and cleaned up after themselves. I was satisfied with their work and woudl hire them again.
