Purchase price seemed like a great deal (Boxing week offer) due to the inclusion of pedestals for both appliances however upon delivery it was noted that these were not the matching pedestals for the colour of the appliances and essentially unusable due to BadBoy's unwillingness to exchange upon inquiry. I might have well have bought these from any one of the numerous competitors and will keep this in mind for future appliance purchases.
Service delivery phone customer service and delivery personnel, however, were a pleasure to deal with.
