They responded promptly when I called and provided a professional, detailed quote, as well as samples of the products, and a list of different houses in our neighbourhood where they had worked so that we could see a sample of jobs they had done. After we hired them, they showed up promptly and always kept me informed about their progress. The men who did the job were polite and friendly, and when I had a question they always listened attentively and responded to requests. They finished in a timely manner, and the house looks great. I was especially impressed when, after I called with a special request for a little change after the job was done and paid for, John got back to me right away, and had someone out and the job done the next day.
