Our pool has totally exceeded our expectations. Marc Luff was there for us every step of the way. He was creative,candid, honest and didn't try and oversell us. Carol-Anne Betz did a beautiful design (dark inkblot shaped pool with a shallow wading pool area for our young grandchildren, hottub, waterfall) and was responsive to our every need. Every large project inevitably encounters unexpected issues. An important measure of a service provider is how they deal with them. Our pool was a large job that entailed a lot of excavation and grading and resulted in a few surprises that no one could have foreseen. Betz handled everything responsively and professionally and the pool still came in within the budget and aggressive timing we agreed to. Betz consistently went over and above what we would have expected and we give them an enthusiastic 10 plus star rating. Our backyard is spectacular!
