We ordered a Caesarstone Quartz countertop from BGM and we are very satisfied with the results! We had a large island to cover, a large side around a corner and a smaller piece on the other side of the stove and we found it to be a great value. The service at the store was very friendly and they were able to answer all our questions. The installers were very focused and careful with the two large pieces we had ordered. The measurement was spot on.

Customer service was amazing from start to end of our project. Not knowing anything about material, the owner Carlo helped me picked the right backsplash and even took time to explain how to install! Highly recommend Beyond Marble and Granite.

We renovated our kitchen and bought our granite countertop, backsplash, marble tiles, and floor tiles from BMG. We love our kitchen but most importantly, we got great deals and service. Can't wait to replace our hardwood floor.

The staff are very friendly. They have a large selection of tile and granite which is packed into their store. The cost of the tiles is quite comparable to other larger locations. Their prices are often better than big box stores.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO INSTALL ~
Firstly, Carlos told us that we didn't need to have our travertine floor tiled all the way to the walls and that the new cabinets would have adjustable wheels underneath.. wrong..
and when they installed the tiles, they didn't put an underlay underneath or grout the tile enough. We've had the new kitchen since last May, so 18 months and the tiles are totally cracking and breaking apart.
nightmare.
Fitting in the cabinets, the granite and especially the slide in oven was extremely difficult since the tiles didn't go all the way to the wall.
I'll never go near them again.
Now that I know a little bit more about floors, I don't know why he even said that travertine would be a good choice for a kitchen.
total charlatans- beware.

Contracted for purchase and installation of travertine tiles including build up of sub floor. The tiles were good the installation and I will quote the owner Carlo's words 'were a disaster'. Tiles were installed so uneven you routinely trip over them. He send a finishing specialist over to see if they could be ground down but the specialist said they were too uneven to fix.

He knew the job had to be totally redone.

A very poor experience with this company.

Like the previous reviewer, I'm satisfied with the products-in my case, tiles- I purchased from the company, but am extremely disappointed with the sloppy installation/finishing. I would say that it's safe to go ahead and buy materials from BMG, but it would be best to find your own qualified and professional tradesmen to install.

Hired these guys to replace my carpets with engineered hardwood. While I was inpressed with the hardwood product, the service was less than stellar. Their finishing with the quarter inch round trim along the floorboard is amateurish. Either they are lazy or unskilled, using less than needed finishing nails to adhere the 1/4 round neatly to the sides of the floorboard. Parts of the round was loose because of a missing nail needed here and there. Called them up to come and finish the job, the owner Carlos had the nerve to tell me to "just get some finishing nails" to fix it. If I had the time I would have done it myself, and not pay them to do it. Next comes the installation of the wooden thresholds between the tile floor and the hardwood floor. It seems they don't understand the meaning of using "adequate" glue to adhere the threshold to the tile and hardwood. A few thresholds have started to become unstuck. Again, they said to use some glue to fix it back. Seriously I won't go back to these guys nor will I recommend them to anyone, not even to an enemy. If you really want to use them, I suggest you should take lots of time off of work to watch over them at all times of the day. Hire at your own risk is what I say. Obviously they don't understand the concept of doing it right the first time!
