I would highly recommend Binnie Mechanical for service or installation of new HVAC equipment. Dave is exceptional. He is honest and takes great pride in his business. He actually added a tune up and new part to our existing humidifier to ensure it ran properly at no extra cost. He went well above and beyond my expectations. You get the "family business" feeling right from his initial quote to the completion of the task at hand. I am very happy with our new furnace and so glad that I chose Binnie Mechanical Services. My hot water heater quit. Binnie had installed a new furnace for me so I knew who to call. In real estate its all about location. These guys are all about first-class service. My call was an emergency as we had no hot water over the weekend. Binnie turned up Monday, did a thorough inspection and investigation. They installed a much needed replacement unit on Thursday. I was impressed by the professionalism and the way the water heater was installed. First-class all the way!

I have used Binnie for many years now for various heating and A/C services. They recently replaced both my furnace and A/C, and have been my "go to" HVAC company for emergency calls and other routine services. Our HVAC motor died and first two contractors tried to inflate the replacement cost of the motor to justify their sales pitch to buy a new furnace. Dave came and made an honest recommendation to replace the motor for a very reasonable price and even included a warranty for it. Dave is very knowledgeable, highly skilled and honest. We will definitely hire him again when it is time to change the furnace and AC. Thank you again Dave and Pat, much appreciated.

Great service from the moment of the phone call to Pat to the service call by Dave and then the proposal/estimate for the new system and the installation by the team. The new system is working great. Everything was first class - communications, product quality, professionalism/friendliness of the total installation team. At the end I even found Dave vacuuming our basement! I would never look elsewhere for HVAC work in my area.

I have been dealing with Binnie Mechanical (BM) since May 2019 when
I have been dealing with Binnie Mechanical (BM) since May 2019 when they installed a new Trane Air Conditioner and associated equipment for me. In late autumn that year, my old gas furnace failed and they installed a new Trane Gas Furnace. I have BM service my furnace and heat recovery ventilator every year at the start of heating season. The Trane Furnace has been very reliable and the BM Service Team are polite and professional.
The BM Service Team did their bi-annual service of my Trane A/C System today, June 2023, and did an excellent Job. Thanks Paul and Chris.

Diagnosed problem. Replaced the board in my old beast of a furnace. Friendly office staff and service techs were great to deal with. Helpful, friendly, knowledgable and effective. Highly recommended.

Every year, in the Spring, we get the Binnie staff in to check out our AC system to prepare it for the upcoming summer season. They do a great job and provide very clear feedback on the AC system status and performance. This really helps to provide confidence in our AC system for the hot summer weather.
