Right from the beginning, the team at BOC walked us through the process, clearly listening to the needs of our family and incorporating them into the design and budget. Their suggestions, things we would never have come up with on our own, were invaluable and made a tremendous difference in the overall functionality. We were updated almost daily and any concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Trades were friendly and respectful of our home. We always felt comfortable and valued when approaching BOC.
