My worst experience with a store ever. Poor quality service and product. One month ago ordered a piece of furniture, still only have some of the parts. No response from phone messages left with customer service at head office. The furniture delivery was delayed one week because store personnel did not order it. Had to go to the store again to get them to order it. Then damaged furniture was delivered. Then the correct hardware was not included for assembly. Then they sent incorrect hardware which is not compatible with the furniture. Still not able to put the furniture together after one month and enormous amount of our time wasted. Horrible experience.
