Unprofessional sales person- pushy and no regard to customer satisfaction and listening skills. Installer was very unprofessional with total disregard to the property, privacy and lack of skillset. Drywall was slashed with a big cut, transition Ts have protruding nails, and installer installed laminate over the heating vent ( closed the vent). After repeated reminders, none of the installation issues are still resolved. All l heating ducts had big chunks of wood and debris. IT was a nightmare project and I am still trying to get things fixed.
