Over the years Brannan's has provided us with great service in a timely and efficient manner. Steve is a great communicator and a pleasure to deal with. His work and advice have gone along way in saving us money.

Phone calls were returned promptly. Fast, friendly service. Steve communicated clearly with me about the problem with my machine and told me exactly what he was doing. He offered helpful advice about cleaning the ceiling lint filter and showed me how to do it before he left. If I ever need appliance repairs again Brannan's will be my first choice.

We were going to give up on our dishwasher and buy another, but we decided to call Steve instead. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the dishwasher for a third of the cost of replacing it. We’re happy that our dishwasher didn’t end up in landfill.

My fridge and freezer temperature kept getting higher and we would hit reset and it would stay at the right temperatures for a while. Last weekend it went up to 50 degrees! Steve came to me highly recommended by Alyson, a good friend whom she has used for a long time. He is professional, to the point, honest and was able to come the same day. He had to check for parts...he does what he says he is going to do, follows up, and even helped my vacuum and clean behind the fridge. Efficient, professional, highly competent, and honest....what more can you ask for. Has been doing this since 1988! Thank you Steve....he told me no warranty for the repair but 90% of the time it works...it was putting a "pacemaker" on the compressor and it it happened again, to buy a new fridge. Hoping we don't have too as a new one would be approx. $2500.

Steve has helped me out for 30+ years with appliance repairs. He is efficient and HONEST -- if an appliance is past its useful life he tells you. and if asked he will recommend replacement brands and explain his choice. i highly recommend his service.

We had a very old washing that stopped working. We were going to go and buy a new one. Thought I would see what the cost was to repair. Reading reviews I decided to use Steve. Told him the problem over the phone. He showed up the next morning diagnose the problem and was able to repair it at the same time. Allot cheaper then buying a new unit. Very happy with his service so we had him fix our refrigerator that had a leaking problem. Now both units are working perfect! Thanks Steve.
