We hired Bravehart to underpin and lower our basement to convert
unusable space into a whole new floor in our house. As GC, Bill managed all aspects of permits, engineering and construction, including overseeing structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, concrete team and finishing. Our project worked to schedule and was completed as promised. We were so pleased, we had Bravehart complete an additional project, to improve basement access, during the same time period.
