We are happy with the optimized layout for Main floor and basement from Laura. For a long and narrow footprint, Laura sure makes the space more functional and user-friendly.

Laura presents a number of unique design options that echo our need and personal style. Her designs are always bigger and better than we had hoped for. This is our fourth major project with Bravehart and we have been incredibly pleased with the results of their work.

We called Bravehart Building for the design of our kitchen and increased storage on our main floor.
Laura came and reviewed our existing space which is too small and does not have enough storage or an area for my friends to sit and talk while I cook.
While it was clear that we could not change the size of the space, due to a staircase and a powder room just outside the kitchen entry, Laura did come up with a plan for more storage and social interaction in the kitchen. She added a big “breakfast bar” for four people, with cabinetry underneath for additional storage. She added a large pantry in an area where we had no storage before and made recommendations for new cabinet sizes in the cooking area itself.
We are very pleased and think her ideas, her work is very thoughtful. We would have no hesitation recommending Bravehart for space planning or architectural ideas.

We renovated a new space for our office. As you can see in the 'before' photo, we started with an empty office shell. Essentially we wanted to create an open collaborative space that would motivate the team and allow us to host events. The 'after ' photo shows the new space is gorgeous. It is exactly what we wanted. Both Laura and Bill are outstanding people to work with. I only gave them a 9 rating because of delays that were due to a former employee. However when the issues were identified, both of them went over and above to get the work done to our complete satisfaction. We had some stressful issues with the delays, and in the end they worked hard to ensure I was satisfied, and that the work was s to the highest standards. Adding to their challenge was that I had hired a designer that they had never worked with before. They all worked well together. Thank you Bravehart for a job beautifully done!

For example, on a recent project, Laura and our team at Cambria provided the client a photo reference of where the veining pattern in our Brittanica slab would fall in relationship to the sink cut out; to maximize the percentage of the bold strokes in the pattern that the client loved.

When we first met with Bravehart to supply flooring for their projects, Laura was very careful to inspect our product for quality; both for the engineered wide plank oak itself, and the Finish on top of the wood flooring.
Laura is very aware of issues surrounding sub-standard flooring manufacturing and is especially meticulous about wide plank applications, examining every detail to remove any risk to the customer. Bravehart will only specify high quality flooring.
